Hair-Story

I started making my own hair care products when I realized that none of the widely known commercial products found in the beauty supply stores and popular chain stores would do anything to aid in the management of my thick coarse 4c hair. I remember being a little girl before my grandmother would allow my sisters and I to perm our hair. It was the hardest most difficult task in the world to manage my hair. I could remember crying on more than one occasion trying to figure out what to do with my the thick hair I had.


As a black woman with natural 4c hair I understand the struggles of caring for your natural hair. It has taken me years to develop and perfect these tried and true hair care products. I have shared my products with family and friends for several years before putting them on the market and offering them to you.


I can now share with others the products that have helped to grow of my natural hair. Most importantly, these products have maintained the overall health of my hair and I am confident that it will do the same for you. With the first use you will notice how nourished your hair feels. 


NOTE these products are for anyone who cares about using all natural, plant based, hair/skin care products. If your goal is healthy hair/skin, than our products are for you. OUR PRODUCTS ARE FOR ALL HAIR TYPES AND ARE ALSO GREAT FOR YOUR SKIN CARE ROUTINE.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    Unfortunately we do not issue any refunds. However if you are dissatisified with your order for any reason, please email us. If we at Her Beautiful Crown Uplifted  made the error, it will be corrected at our expense.

  • What does it mean if the package is being returned to Her Beautiful Crown Uplifted?

    This can mean a couple of things. Either you were not at home to receive the package when delivered and the package may have been returned to us. Or you may have provided an incorrect address when placing your order and the package was returned to us. If this happens, We will refund your purchase price however, the price of shipping cannot be refunded as the shipment was paid when the label was printed and the item was shipped to you.

  • What do I do if my package was damaged?

    All packages are shipped by priorty mail via the USPS and are insured. Please file a claim with your local post office if your item has arrived damaged.

  • Why is the cost of shipping so high

    Unfortunately Her Beautiful Crown Uplifted  does not create the shipping costs. Shipping costs are generated via the USPS.

  • Can your products be used on children?

    Yes, our products are all natural but should not be used on children younger than one year old. Again please check the ingredient list to make sure your little one is not allergic to any of the ingredients.

  • Can your products cause skin reactions?

    Yes, if you have allergies to tree nuts or coconut. Please make sure you check the ingredient list before purchase and/or use.

  • Do you have shampoos and conditioners?

    Shampoo and conditioner was released Summer of 2024. We are currently working on a leave in conditioner.

  • Do you provide wholesale?
